Quintin Kynaston Editorial in Design & Build

About The Project

The new Quintin Kynaston (QK) Academy is one of the final schools built under Building Schools for the Future Programme and completes the £41m redevelopment of the Marlborough Hill Campus (MHC) redevelopment north of Westminster in St. John’s Wood. QK Academy provides contemporary accommodation for 9 forms of entry plus a sixth form.

Catfoss Ltd were asked, by Bouygues the main contractor, to provide a full turnkey project taking on the design and installation of a new dedicated 2 storey, 6th form study block, building size 648m2.

The project duration was 15 weeks (9 weeks off site including design and procurement with 6 weeks on site). The project was recently featured within Design & Build magazine. Click here to read the full feature.
