Catfoss supplied a 2 storey (14 bays) modular building providing welfare on the ground floor including kitchen and canteen, toilets and showers as well as offices with additional office space on the first floor.
The building was formed using Yorkon modules taken from stock and refurbished to high specification with all new internal fixtures and fittings including suspended ceilings, air conditioning, solar water heating and rainwater recycling. The internal fit-out was completed in the factory having been designed to suit using sub-contracted teams.
