Severn Trent – Derby
Severn Trent were relocating office staff to be based at a new depot in Derby. Due to timing and budget constraints Catfoss supplied a modular value engineered solution in line with Severn Trent standard finishes.
The building comprised of office and welfare accommodation across 2 floors and was fitted with a platform lift in order to comply with DDA requirements.
