Rufus Lodge – Passive House
Catfoss were instructed to design, manufacture and install the first Modular Passive House Solution. The project was successfully completed in May 2014 and featured on the BBC Dream Homes Documentary.
Rufus Lodge was the first modular building to achieve Passive EPC Certification, boasting to be one of the most insulated homes in Europe and was featured on the BBC2 show Building Dream Homes.
