Catfoss designed a turnkey solution for Cytec supplying a 2 storey (22 Bay) office building due to ongoing expansion. Catfoss worked closely with the management team of Cytec in order to future proof the building for further expected expansion ensuring the building could be easily added to at a later date by adding a third floor.
Due to restricted access on site and the sensitive nature of Cytec’s business, modular was selected as the preferred construction method being the least disruptive and requiring the least amount of time on site.
