Catfoss have been shortlisted for the Offsite Awards 2021

The Offsite Awards 2021 is an industry event that recognises excellence across every aspect of the offsite industry. In what the judges have described as the ‘most fiercely contested year’ out of the seven to date, we are delighted that three of our projects have been selected from over 200 entries.

Our three-storey modular project at Queens Hospital Treatment Centre in Burton and the Mid-wife Led Unit (MLU) at Princess Royal Hospital in Shrewsbury have BOTH been shortlisted for ‘Healthcare Project of the Year’, making us the only company to have two projects shortlisted for this category!

In addition to our double nomination for ‘Healthcare Project of the Year’ our client Shrewsbury & Telford Hospitals NHS Trust (SaTH) are a ‘Client of the Year’ finalist for their SDEC facility, which was another Catfoss project. This category recognises innovative clients that employ ground-breaking solutions, technologies and delivery methods to manage the ever-changing demands of their estate.

The winners of each category will be announced at the award ceremony in September at the Ricoh Arena, Coventry.
